I love it as well! I generally tack this on after a 30-minute Leslie walking workout and good cooldown. I need lower body work, but sometimes I am just not up to squats and lunges -- this is perfect!

12 minutes? But sometimes windsors B & T is a bit too long for some days. So, I add that one on! This is the BEST floor pilates workout I've done!

For those of you who used this WO years ago, can you say it's still an effect workouts? I know we talk about Firm Standing Legs still being one of the most effective lower body routines ever made. Something makes me think this one fits that category too. Yes?

It is a very effective workout. Actually, there are 2 Winsor buns and thigh workouts. Once is winsor buns & thigh sculpting and uses the band. This is the one I used a lot several years ago and saw very nice toning results with. I really need to pull it out again.

The original workout (w/o the band) is awesome b/c for me, it had really strengthened my hips when I was diagnosed with hip bursitis last summer. I religiously did it 1x/week for 8-9? months and my hips are feeling fantastic now! I kinda got out of the habit of including it in my weeks these past few months and need to start it back up again. So yes, it not only kept my hips aesthetically maintained, it aided in my recovery/PT progress.

I'm so happy to hear doing it just once a week was beneficial for you! It's so hard to fit everything in and I always feel like I should do this 2-3x/week. I think I can manage once a week! I also want to start doing Buns of Steel 5 once a week. Thanks!

This is by far my favorite Pilates workout. It has a lot of the exercises my PT gave me when I tore my hamstring tendon and hip ligaments. And like everyone said, it's too short to have any dread factor!

I do it everyday, mostly from memory when I am on the floor watching tv. why not? I do not do a weighted version. I really like the way it stretches out my low back and I feel better. I am 67 but I have very pilates rear and strong strong legs.
sometimes I do the dvd just to hang out with mari and her friends.lol
have dvd backups, just saying.
