I'm so happy to hear doing it just once a week was beneficial for you! It's so hard to fit everything in and I always feel like I should do this 2-3x/week. I think I can manage once a week! I also want to start doing Buns of Steel 5 once a week. Thanks!
This is by far my favorite Pilates workout. It has a lot of the exercises my PT gave me when I tore my hamstring tendon and hip ligaments. And like everyone said, it's too short to have any dread factor!
