Thanks again Jeannine. What other Winsor Pilates did you enjoy? I am drawn to her presentation of the workouts.

After all this talk, I did the old WB&T. After being killed by Margaret Richard all these years, the workout seemed really easy. Pleasant even.

I know the old saying that if a Pilates workout is too easy, you are doing it wrong.

I dunno. I am intrigued by the popularity of this workout.

i agree, although i had a light touch of DOMS this morning! i tend to have strong thighs. i don't have MR, but my tough LB workouts would be Karen Voight's GWW, Slim Series Firm It Up, Firm Vol 1 floor work, and Callan Pinckney.
