I forgot that I lent Triple Threat to a friend about 2 years ago, and never got it back.... I like that one, too. Think I need to get my dvd back! : )

Cardio Camp is a good low impact workout. I did it recently and remembered how fun and easy to follow it was. Absolute Kickboxing is quite similar and has combat drills interspersed. I love that one even more. The music is great and it's low impact too. Both workouts leave me feeling worked not worked over. Thanks Kim.
