T2B I wear my wireless headphones or blast my music during Ruthless, too. And haha, hearing him holler Ruthless every now and then is also all I hear.

I stayed on the cliff with Body Groove myself! But I keep reading reviews so we shall see!

Thanks for the shout outs. I have considered joining this check in in the past bc several friends are in it, but I already have 4 regular check ins and a couple sporadic ones and I don't even keep up with those most of the time so I don't think I'll be adding anymore! Love seeing your consistent workouts though!

Linda - We actually adopted an 8 year old dog. They usually live 13 - 18 years. He is still very playful and full of energy. We went with an older dog that was already trained and house broken. But honestly we really fell in love with his energy as our main deciding factor.

AMD - It's funny because by the end of the night the dog and DH are friends but we restart every morning with the dog barking at DH again. Crazy dog! Glad your hip seems to be better.

Cher - Congrats on DS getting a job!

Chrys - Hope you are feeling better now.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

amg - Mickey sounds so sweet. Hopefully he warms up to your DH soon. So glad he is doing well with your son.

Linda - I did subscribe to CS and I love the workouts. I only do a few a week though. I am not sure I could commit to something exclusively right now. I can't even commit to anything for a week! LOL! I am not sure if it was MWH's workouts that hurt my foot, but I do think I need to include more of warm up before I start down dogs or other stretchy poses. I may try her workouts again in the future. This week I have gone back to old Barre3 workouts and they feel so good. Nice warmups and good stretching throughout. Nice job with the kettlebells.

Chrys - Hope your kidney stone passed and you are feeling better.

Vantreesta Stop by anytime.

Hope everyone is doing well.

Hi everyone, sorry to be somewhat AWOL this month, I started my job search again now that it's the new year. I am in the interview process on one job, please cross your fingers/send some good thoughts/prayers for my job search, I hope 2021 will be better than 2020 (which was a disaster)!

tangerine - I liked one of the Party Hits workouts better than the other one, too! I’m envious of your Leslie love. Sadly I had always had issues with my left hip flexor if I did too much Leslie. A couple of years ago, I did too much Leslie and my left hip flexor bothered me for months. I haven’t had any issues since completely stopping Leslie. I think it’s the marching in place, 4 steps up and back that gets me and never really moving across all planes. Glad to see you enjoying the workouts!
T2B, I don't do a lot of the marching in place, I do other hi-lo type moves. I substitute steps a lot with Leslie's workouts since she uses so few variations and it gets boring/repetitive - although the 30 days one was decent. I like the class atmosphere and the pace of the music and I like Leslie so I keep doing them.

amg, sounds like a fun dog, I too hope he gets along with your husband soon!

Pat, looks your Sadhana is going well, way to go!

Hi, ladies. It's been quite a week, and it's only half done. I was at the ER for 3 hours on Monday with this kidney stone. I left work at 10:30 that morning, and shortly after that hit a level 10 with the pain. It took lots of meds to get that pain level to come down
Hopefully I'll feel like working out tomorrow.
AnMrsDe, thanks for the new thread
tangerine, good luck on the job search! I hope you find something great, soon!
Hi, Luv2WO!
amg, our dog was a pound puppy and was 2 when we got him. Housebroken and knew how to use the dog door! Older dogs are great!
fanofladyvols, that's a great sound system for a workout!
Cher, I love GS cookies.
T2B, I hope you find the cookies! They usually sell them inside our grocery store, but I don't know if that will happen this year.
