Yoga day. No walk today, rainy again. I'll do my yoga at bedtime. If I can find my Suzanne Deason P.M.Yoga for Weight Loss, I'll do that one. Will continue with 21DF/DFX. I like the rest of the program, just not the yoga.

barre 3 30 minutes today. Yesterday walk with DH and friend with dog.

Cynthia, so sorry to hear about your brother. Covid makes it so hard to lose loved ones and not be able to attend funerals. Many funeral homes are live streaming the ceremonies. Will you be able to participate that way?

Cheryl, glad your DD has been able to adapt to Nashville life, but hope she can get back to in person classes maybe next school year. It's smart to avoid media that doesn't feed your spirit.

Today I did a Heather Robertson that I like a lot: Brutal Booty + Leg Slimming Workout! // No Equipment + No Repeats. It's not actually brutal, though! I also am working my way through Rick Bhullar's 10,000 step outdoor workout. I really like this one because he has started with one move and keeps building on it with one new move each round. For some reason this makes it go more quickly and be more interesting.

Last night I did Suzanne Deason's P.M. Yoga for Weight Loss. One of my favorites since VHS days. It's like a sleeping pill with no side effects.

Today I did 21DFX Plyo Fix Extreme, with releve's instead of jumps. Still a vigorous workout.

There is a very dramatic thunderstorm happening outdoors this evening ... I don't mind thunderstorms and missed them when I lived in SoCal. It rained or drizzled all day, so I did a couple of indoor walking breaks as well as an upper body strength workout from Heather Robertson.

I figured out that if I give a little bounce or tiny hop with a lot of the walking moves (side-to-side, knee-ups, etc.), I get a lot closer to the step count/miles that are projected for the workout. This also turns it more into an actual cardio workout, of course.

Hi Everyone!

Our yard has been a mess for a while since we have been getting a lot of rain.

Today I had the precancerous area on the tip of my nose frozen. I will go back in 6 months for a followup. After I finished with my appointment I did a mall walk. I always wear sunscreen, but being inside is probably a better choice. I ordered a 4 drawer filing cabinet to try to move some of the office and personal files out of the file boxes. It is a bit too large for the area I had planned to put it in. I will move it to the other side of the room. Our house is so small and it's kinda difficult to move things around like that. I have been looking at all the DVD's that I have. I can't see me being able to do 75% of the anymore due to my small workout space. I am really tempted to get rid of them but I don't want to regret it and end up buying them again. I would rather just keep them. Maybe sometime in the future I can get rid of them.
