This morning I did two oldies:
Richard Simmons Sweatin to the Oldies one. I had a good time I ignore his lack of cueing and enjoy the music. I do my own cool down stretch. I may do some of the others in the next few weeks. I have the 30th anniversary dvd set. Deante Dance Percussive Jam. I thought this was longer-it's only about 27 minutes long. Normally TIFT'ing drives me crazy, but I did not mind it in this workout. The live drumming was pleasant and I like the instructor. I will use this as a light day cardio if I'm low on energy or an add-on if I have time. I'll keep this one as well. Sherry

I finally completed all three chapters of Cathe's Total Body Stretch 2005. The first chapter basic stretch is not bad. By itself, it wouldn't make this DVD a keeper. It's the next two chapters of stretching on the ball #1 and #2 that give this DVD a permanent home with me. The music is Asian and low and the stretches are gentle but effective.

Linda, I need to dust off (I'm not kidding!) my stability ball and try those Cathe stretches! I do have that dvd and have not used it in ages since I mainly do yoga, not stretching.
I actually did do stretching this morning. I did Tamilee's half hour stretch from her stretch dvd. It felt really nice, but I wish the stretches were held a little longer.
