Workouts like Steady, Ready, Go

I love that dvd from Jessica - Burn Fat & Have Fun. Are any of her other offerings similar to this one?

Thanks!

Jessica has so many workouts, it's hard for me to remember! However, I think Ready, Steady, Go is a low impact HIIT. I really like the Walk On 21 Day Weight Loss plan. There are two dvd's in the set, and it has one of my favorite low impact HIIT's.

I agree she has a lot of similar workouts. Most are part of sets, for example:

Walk the Weight Off 30 day plan has two

Walk On 21 day Plan has Low Impact Hiit Walk

Walk Strong has Interval Mix

Walk Strong 3 has Boogie I.T. And Hit It.

I’m sure others will add more.

That looks like a great set. Thanks!

I second (third?) the recommendation of the 21 Day set. I love that HIIT too, and the others in the set are also good. Also, I'm sure her YouTube channel has HIIT walks. I think Steady, Ready, Go is "classic" Jessica and there are a lot of hers that have a similar feel.
