Will Leslie be leading any of the walks? I get her e-mails, & it seems she mentioned a bunch of other people leading walks but not herself. I prefer Leslie.

I came down with a cold/virus and these 1 mile walks are perfect right now. Enough to keep me moving but not too much that I end up feeling more wiped out.

Does the challenge build in intensity/mileage as the weeks go on?

I may just do this challenge for 6 weeks and add on some strength, Pilates and Yoga....

I'm in, and I downloaded Your Daily Walk as well. If I don't have time in the morning I can do the walk during my lunch break. That's the plan anyway.

Day 2 Two miles DONE
Day 3 One "Super Fast Mile" DONE (Mile 3 from 3 Fat & Fun Miles)
Day 4 1 Mile Happy Walk DONE
Day 5 4 Mile Power Walk - 1st 2 Miles DONE

Is there a separate checking for this? Or is nobody doing it? Or are people doing it but just checking in?
I feel like I'm missing something.
