Jessica Smith Yoga + ICE abs (at work on lunch). What I have called Thirty on Thursday. A 30 minute exercise class @ noon. Also a long walk with the dog.

Last night I went to mat pilates at my gym. Stayed for about thirty minutes of the yoga class afterwards. got a nice stretch!!!
