WHFN Compilation dvds

I just tried, for the first time, some of the parts routines that were created out of the 12 WHFN Fitprime & Kickbutt workouts.

I really liked what I did. I ran 2 - 20 min routines back to back for a great 40 min cardio workout. I can't believe I've never used these before. I think I purchased them when they first came out, then traded them off. Of course, I wanted them back. So, here I am, finally using them.

I'm all about 4-limb movement and IMHO Anna Benson was queen of this method/movement. I'm looking forward to trying more of these compilation routines.

Anyone else use them?

I loved those dvds back in the day. Alas there is no way I'd be able to do the step work and weights together with my lower back and hip issues. I got started with Firm Vol 2 back in the day and loved everything Anna Benson....even had her book.

Are these parts compilations still available? I love the WHFN workouts and would love to have different mixes of them!

I believe all but Killer Weights and Killer Cardio are available at Fitness Favorites.

I have 6 Day Slam and 4 Day 4 Way Mini Fusion, I don't use them often though. They come in handy once in a while.

I do like some of the cardio and 4 limb segments, and oddly I like some of the warm ups too. I have used them in place of other warm ups.

Everything I do usually includes my Rebounder in one way or another. So, today I'll do a segment of one of the upper body compilations, rebound for 10 mins, then do another segment of upper body.

I'm trying to keep it creative and motivating with how I use these mini workouts. Between the segments and rebounding, it'll give about 40-50 min workout.

Ohh that's a great idea...thanks!

And Tina, I love cobbling workouts together!
It's a great way to increase my total minutes exercised.

I also have no problem running the entire dvd as one big workout. It's nice to have small pieces of the different instructors. I do skip the final stretches if each has one, but other than that, just run them back to back.
