These days, much to my surprise, it is Cathe. Jessica Smith would probably be second on my list.

Ok, wow, there is a lot more out there than there used to be! Thank you for the suggestions, I have some research to do and clips to watch.

Kelly Coffey-Meyer. I feel like she’s my bff.

I said Kelly is my go to. But lately Linda Wooldridge and I have become pretty good friends, and Tracie Long and I are looking to become reacquainted.

Miranda and Sahra Esmonde-White and Jessica Smith.

I've mostly decided that KCM is too intense for me unless I'm careful to do a Classical Stretch workout first as a warmup and am careful to modify.

Honestly, of the three that I mentioned I probably do my Firms the least. There was a time I had probably 50 of their DVDs, and I have owned or at least tried probably 80% of the entire Firm library.

I do like the Firm but a part of me is sort of over them too, which is why I don't have very many Firms left anymore. So when I do reach for my little stash of Firms, they are the ones that I truly enjoy doing. The rest I can leave behind honestly. I think they are done releasing anything new and have been for some time, but the new workouts that the instructors are coming out with I have really no interest in at all. Hmm...maybe the Firm isn't a go-to for me after all.

I have two of the WHFN compilations but don't reach for them much either, once in a great while though. And I am so hit and miss with Tracie Long that I am likely done purchasing any more of her DVDs. I have one TLT that I have tried maybe once (with the ball), I will hang on to that one for now because it's something different.

I was surprised when you didn't mention The Firm. I should weed my collection. I already have a boxful of Firms to go, but can’t bring myself to get rid of them. They’re still my favorite for strength and I still have lots not in the box.
