Today is a super busy day for me. Yet, I wanted to do something good for my body before I jump into "go mode". I decided to reach for SBHT, which again, has sat on my shelf forever!
I decided not to do the entire routine. I picked 2 ab segments and all the lower body work. Came in just over 20 minutes. I didn't worry about calories burned today. I really enjoy floor work and need to do more of it. Tracie's floor work for the legs is wonderfully tough. I wore 5 lb ankle weights and used 8 lbs for inner thigh work.
I know this workout is over the top with ab work and it's why I haven't been reaching for it. But today I gave myself permission to use it differently and it worked out great!
If you have this one or on the fence about getting it, ... rethink how you'd use it.
I'ts worth having it in my collection to use segments as add ons or as I used it today.
