No workouts Thu & Fri due to work night assignment. So, I am prioritizing the TBBC Strength workouts, keeping FR muscle endurance as a 2nd workout and the cardio intensive workout afterwards.
This is my 2nd micro cycle so I upped the weights on everything! BOOTCAMP I also increased reps for power clean to squat/press, snatches and lunges. I paused the w/o few times to take an extra breath. When the w/o becomes easy this is how to keep the challenge going! FIGURE DUMB Each round on this w/o is repeated twice. I increased the weights for the first round on each. Upped to 5s biceps/triceps/back. Upped to 3s to Shoulders. Kept 3s for the rest of the w/o. This one is ME and moves fast, I was dying!
FIGURE ROBI This one is a cardio on my books. Used 1s for the entire w/o to up intensity. Results: burned 50 more calories bc HR keep on aerobic zone.
