Steve Cotter 12 Week Extreme Strength

I reviewed the info and first few weeks last night and I think that this set is awesome. It will require discipline but it seems to me that this is a great strength builder.
Steve is the usual cool great teacher, the exercises are simply but insanely effective.
I'm so excited that I even ordered a roman chair that I didn't have.
You will need kettlebells, (pairs) a barbell, tall box, and preferably a roman chair for back extensions and something to do pull ups.
It is obvious that somebody put a lot of thought and planning into this 12 week program. There is a reason why you do what you do and why in that particular order.
My only problem is poor Steve Maxwell 8 week program that I also just received a few days ago.... All these men in my life..

Is Steve Cotter's material demo of the exercises and then he gives his 12 week workout plan in written format? (Kind of like the new Steve Maxwell book/DVD) Or is it follow-along workouts?

I didn't bite on the Steve Cotter set yet, but my workout buddy did so I'll probably get a chance to peruse it soon once he's done drooling over it . If its written, I can probably do it in the gym, but if its follow-along, I don't have the equipment listed in one easily accessible location in front of a DVD player...

Enjoy!

If I had to choose I'd get Cotter. Maxwell is great but I'm not a big fan of paper workouts.
Maxwell is 8 weeks, Cotter is 12. Cotter seems to be a great strength builder -- as the program's name says -- Maxwell is an all around conditioning. Cotter needs equipments, Maxwell doesn't. If Maxwell's workouts would be on DVD I could not choose, honestly.

He does all the 12 weeks with you, that's a huge plus.

Confused, is Steve Cotter's a follow along workout for the entire 12 weeks?

Thanks.

I'm wondering the same thing.

My guess is they're follow alongs but repeat in some way. 12 weeks worth of completely different workouts is very unlikely.
