Beachbody Cize Dance Workout
Hi all so I am always very skeptical on the dance workout videos it always makes me think of those cheesy 80's workout videos, but Cize by Beachbody really works. I lost around 10 lbs from doing it and I feel great about myself. The workouts are on your time and fun because lets be honest who doesn't like dancing. I hope you guys try it out and it helps you as much as it helped me!

That's great! Congrats on the weight loss! Did you follow the rotation that it came with?
I love Cize, it is a great set of workouts, you sweat a lot and have ton of fun!
