Beginner Spinning workouts

Anyone have suggestions for some good beginner spin workouts. Im looking for something in the 20-30 min range. It could be paper workout, audio, DVD or online downloads. I enjoy variety in the workout like seated, standing, climbs, speed work, jumps etc..

TIA!
R.

Have you tried Virtual Active? Their cycling DVDs are more intermediate/advanced but their hike/run series can be used on a spin bike, too. They're more beginner than the cycle ones.

Cardio Coach Volumes 1, 2 and 3 will do the trick -- great, motivating music and instruction for all manner of cardio machines. I love 'em for my spinning bike!

I do have the Cardio Coaches but I am looking for something more specific to spinning.

The first series of the Johnny G Spinning workouts are designed for newbies and very accessible. 30-45 min IIRC

What would you attempt to do if you knew you could not fail?

I still use the audio Itrain workouts regularly. I like that there are 20, 40 and 60 minute options.
