I haven't had that problem. I'm using Firefox. Maybe try another browser?

Has anyone gotten a response from customer service regarding issues with the zgym site?
I paid for 3 months and my credit card was charged. When I try to access the site, (I have tried a few different computers and different browsers) I can log-in, I see I have a paid subscription, but when I try to access the content I get an "unauthorized" error. So frustrating and disappointing. Mostly this is concerning to me as I have sent several request to zgym customer services about this issue and it has been 3 days and I have yet to get an answer back. This type of poor customer services simply does not bode well with me. |

Their customer service, up to this point, has been pretty bad and pretty disorganized. I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt - they're new at this, have to work out the kinks - but it's very, very frustrating. I had to bug Zuzana on FB and Twitter to get answers to my questions. It was annoying. If they have bad customer service, she will fall off her throne as "America's #1 Fitness Personality". OK, being snarky here - sorry. Couldn't resist.

I don't know if she is using a new service or using the same service Bob Harper uses for his streaming workouts. They both us Watch it now Entertainment for their DVD's and both Youtube channels. If she is using the same service as Bob there really is no excuse for the bugs or poor customer service. If she is using a new service then I would say give it time.
Is there a way to tell if she is using the same service as Bob?

Thanks for the additional info Diane.
My credit card was charged by Watch it Now. There is not phone number to reach them or email that I could find. I used the Zgym site and filled in a form stating my issue. I guess I am going to have to call my CC and request a charge back. I feel bad about it, but without getting a response back from customer service, I am not sure what other choice I have. |
