I was so excited when Kelly announced these new Raw workouts on Facebook. I just did the upper body one and it didn't disappoint. I'm excited to try more. I guess the need to actually purchase dvd's is gone....

Free and Cathe don't go together.

Does Kelly have a schedule of when she releases new RAW's?

Kelly is testing the waters, these won't be free for very long. I believe she will go the live route like Cathe.

Kelly hasn't posted a schedule. I think she's still working these into her free time.

She posted her new RAW lower body workout. She had battery trouble at the end so the core part is not all there. She posted these two comments about the workout:

Please be reminded that my battery died 20+ minutes in so when it cuts out after the bench crunches don't be surprised. I'm bummed because the plank work ROCKED...next time.

I did one leg hold and slow pull to same elbow. One side at a time. 2 sets of 30 sec. then I did lie planks with double knee drops into hip lifts (2 sets of 30 sec). Try it out.

So happy that Kelly is doing these for free. I hope it inspires others, and very thankful for this
