Finally revisited Gin Miller's super classic, Step Reebok the Video (on YouTube, via her channel) today -- my second attempt after... 5 or 7 years elapsed?! I got 95% of the footwork and 75% of the arm movements so I'm pretty motivated to keep on learning step aerobics after years of avoiding it... and my knees feel good hours after it (used the 6" step since it was practically a virgin workout and I didn't know what to expect) so I'm also pleased as punch on that front. Did a 55-min vinyasa yoga workout on MyYogaWorks that I wasn't that jazzed about as the long plank holds weren't happening for me since I lifted pretty heavy with Cathe's Muscle Max upper body + abs premix yesterday. I'm trying as many practices as I can before my company-sponsored subscription runs out in April!

Tracy Anderson - Method Express - Upper Body Express

Every time I do a TA workout I wonder why I don't do more of them. I just feel good during and after and I really enjoy them! But then the next day comes and I want to pick up a kettlebell or pull out my step, lol!!

My cat tried to workout with Tracy today, too. He sat directly in front of the TV and followed her every movement with his paw
