If you want some VERY gentle yoga that is mostly stretch-based and slightly non-traditional in terms of poses, I love Deep Stretch/Yin Yoga with Mimi Solaire https://www.amazon.com/Deep-Stretch-.../dp/B001JT6Y8S (about to do this one this afternoon, in fact!). It's broken up into three separate 20-minute segments focusing on a different body part, plus there's a bonus 10-minute segment of advanced poses, and you can mix and match to make up to a 70-minute practice. It's sort of low in production values, but you're mostly doing everything on the floor and being cued by her instructions. I barely even look at the screen.

I love that one, too. Haven't done it in a while.

For an active stretch, I like Jessica's Yoga Fusion Fix. Numbers 2 and 3 are more active. My perception is that session 3 is the most challenging of her yoga workouts.

Quote:
Session #1: Yoga for Stress Relief and Relaxation (15 Minutes) - Relieve stress and stretch your body and mind in this brief, but complete, session.

Session #2: Yoga for Balance and Core Strength (20 Minutes) - Build strength and stamina in the deep core muscles, which aid in balance, stability, and help to support the spine, with this focused, total body opening practice.

Session #3: Yoga for Strength and Flexibility (30 Minutes) - This full class balances strength and mobility work for a body that is strong, yet supple.
I also like this You Tube active stretch.

Gentle Yoga for Balance, Flexibility and Mobility, Relaxation, Stretching

I have this one and love it! She has four different focus practices, each @20 minutes. Background is blue pool and tiki torches - very soothing. The music is great too. I really like the neck and shoulders practice on this one; she has some great stretches in here and I definitely feel more relaxed afterwards.

I must say, I'm really not a yoga fan, but I do like Jessica's Gentle Yoga DVD and it's the one I reach for whenever yoga comes up on any rotation. As owltx said above, it's a very relaxing setting and the moves are doable for me.

Trades are funny like that... sometimes it takes forever to try to get something you're hunting.

When that happens, it's probably because it's so good everyone loves it.
