I plan to continue what I began in January 2019. Every month I make a chart with boxes to check for certain instructors, styles of yoga, walks, etc.
For May I added a category: use it, keep it, donate it or dump it. A couple weeks ago I joined Yoga with Kassandra's Morning Yoga Movement, a 10 minute+ yoga video with a daily intention for 30 days. When I finish I'm going to start it over again. I sure hope my June chart will include boxes for gym workouts. |

Running, yoga and DVDs, I guess. No set plan. I haven't worked out since we lost my mom but I am really missing it and need to get back to it. I never changed my outside habits when I was home, still ran and took long dog walks, but here it is too hot to be out from like 8 AM to 9 PM.
