Gigi,
BOD does their "boxing" workouts using only dominant side as they said it was more like how the boxers train. They did the same with Core de Force and I didn't like it for that reason.

I tried to switch side but it sometimes got hard to remember to switch and also to follow the combination as they would be opposite you.

Let me know how it goes with 10 rounds as this program has interested me.

I decided against this one and went with MBF. I don't like only leading with the dominant side because I'm not a boxer and just want an "even sided" workout...LOL!
