I had heard most of these expressions elsewhere, and muffin top I thought was a pretty common reference along with thutt. Maybe it's the circles we run in?
 BUT.. to me, a unique non anatomical expression unique to VF is definitely giving a workout the ol' Joni-O.

How about shelf or ledge butt? I believe it came from the Firm tall box stuff...?
