Low Max is definitely my favorite, I've done that workout more than any other DVD I own. Power Max and Rhythmic Step tie for number 2 as steady state cardio and IMAX 2 is number 3.

Honorable mention is Cardio and Weights because it isn't a step only workout, it includes weight work.

This thread inspired me to do a step workout for the first time in years. I even pulled out my step. Since Step Blast seemed to be pretty popular, that's the one I chose and yes, doing it was a happy visit to the past. I did not make it through the entire thing but I got a nice little workout in, even remembered some of the steps, and had fun! Thanks!

There’s a 30 minute premix on this DVD that’s just the cardio. I did it the other day and really enjoyed it!

Althea, I also enjoy Step Jam. Just did it last week. It’s a real blast from the past!

Bee, This thread is providing a lot of inspiration for me as well.

Thanks once more for all your posts everyone! I still haven’t ordered yet but still plan to. I’ve just been having a blast pulling out what I own and using some of the premixes that were mentioned. So much fun!

I did the Cardio and Weights Step premix again today Bee. There’s a screen that comes up between each of the four stepping sections but I use that few seconds to suck down some water.
