New/Upcoming Release Rough Cut Karen Karter Pilates Video

I found this rough cut Karen Karter Pilates video on Vimeo. In the past rough cut videos that I have found usually seem to end up being produced as videos.

She has a series of workouts on youtube one being the body cube workout. One segment is 28 min. It looks like it might be DVD quality. She has some different tools that will be for sale such as 10 pound thigh weights, possibly a belly weight or cushion, the other will be a body cube.

Too funny and great timing! I stumbled across this very clip last night.

I checked out Karon's website but wasn't looking closely enough re: the potential DVD. All I was finding was all about the TV appearances she's done.

Re. DVD. She posted via twitter which I provided the link for her comment.

If you go to youtube she has recent videos in which she mentions the DVD. I don't have the link open anymore, but you can search for it. She says on her youtube clip she is going to make a new website soon.

I honestly don't know how I missed her youtube channel! I was looking at the one subpage on her website that had all her TV appearances and completely missed the boat in stalking...I mean *checking*...youtube to see what she had there. Whew. Monday must have done a number on me.
