Oh, OK...so is it Getting Started that has 3 10-minute workouts? I guess I got that mixed up. So anyway, I will either do workout 1 + 2 or 2 + 3. I think it works out that way because if you did 1 + 3 the legwork would be essentially the same in both but 2 has different leg work, is that right? It's been a while since I've done these.

Many aren't new, but they are "new to me" :)
I must begin by saying my year has been off since my bc diagnosis in May, followed by 3 surgeries and almost no exercise all summer. Now that I'm back on track, here's my list:
My best: Classical Stretch Season 4 - Great for flexibility, light toning, and for restoring my range of motion on the affected side. A keeper. I'm planning to use these episodes to supplement my C25K training. Erin O'Brien's Postnatal Rescue was a great rehab workout if you don't mind the references to pregnancy and breastfeeding. I didn't and found the progressions terrific, each using the same basic exercises but modifying to increase the challenge. Cindy Crawford's New Dimension - includes montages of Cindy and hubby with their baby, but without too much reference to pregnancy. What I liked -- gentle building of strength sequences, pacing, scenery (the beach ), and great music. I'm keeping this on my playlist! Second place: I'm so glad for my varied collection of Leslie's walks. Love Leslie. Misses (for me): Kelly Coffey-Meyer's Start Here -- did this once and tweaked my back. I may try it again but I'm not reaching for it now. Stott Pilates Secret to Weight Loss 2 -- nothing wrong with the workout. It just seems to take forever. Maybe it's her saying "we're almost finished" several times before we get finished. I have other walks that don't cause clock-watching. |

Best:
-Jillian Michaels Body Revolution -JNL Fusion -Jackie Warner: Personal Training with Jackie--This one was a real surprise! I avoided Jackie Warner for years because I always assumed I wouldn't click with her. -Weider X-Factor ST On-the-fence: -Tapout XT--Only tried it once, but not sure if I click with Mike Wastes: None...so far.
