Kettlebell Kickboxing. I not only kept it, but imagine I will do another rotation again with it sometime.

Liquid Grooves. This workout makes me feel sooooo good!

Cardio Quick Fix. I didn't love this like I hoped. But, I kept it and it may be what I reach for when I want simple cardio that makes me sweat that doesn't take too long.

. I just did not click with this workout. It was a strong enough dislike that I had no desire to try Volume 2.
