Best buys/wastes of 2012 so far?

My apologies if there has been a thread on this but I haven't seen one in a while....

Since we are headed towards the end of 2012, what are your best and worst buys (or trades) of this year so far?

My best:

PowerFit (Original & Harmony, just traded for Plus)
Angie Miller Bedroom Body
Angie Miller Kettlebell Bootcamp
Stephanie Vitorino Body Target 60
Stephanie Vitorino Ultimate Body Shaper
Chris Freytag Prevention Abs Advantage (new to me this year)
Sarah Lurie Iron Core Kettlebell 4 DVD set (at $8 my steal of the year)

Honorable Mention:

Lauren Brooks Volume 1 (taught me really good KB form and I like the workout, thought I might like Sarah's a teeny bit more, believe it or not)

Worst:

Not really any worst this year, overall I had a good year bought a few that I didn't exactly click with. The only one that comes to mind is Erin O'Brien Strong Body, Ageless Body. I think it's a fine workout, but too repetitive for me and I just didn't click with Erin for some reason. I am probably the only one on VF who doesn't care for this workout.

Best
Kari Anderson Sweat Express II
Petra Kolber 3 2 1 Dance
Powerfit
Rodney Yee AM Yoga for your week

Worst
I don't know, probably barre stuff. They're great workouts but the upper body stuff hurts my shoulder so they are the "worst" for me.

Best so far:
Jillian Michaels Body Revolution

Chalean Extreme (generous SASE from a fellow VFer- then I bought the add-on workouts from Mary's Beachbody store)

TurboFire

Worst:
Supreme 90 (too fast, and the cast seems bored)

Undecided still:
Tracy Anderson- Mat Workout, Post Pregnancy Workout, Meta Omnicentric, her 39 day Method book- I haven't yet decided if these will work for my body/ be interesting or fun enough to do more than once.

Best purchases:
CS Season 8
CS Vintage Collection 2
Essentrics UB+LB Re-release of 2008 workouts
CS Core Workout
Essentrics Class of 2012
Essentrics Strength & Stretch in Motion
Essentrics Arms, Abs & Waist / Legs But & Thigh
Dana Pieper KIckbox Challenge
Dana Pieper Total Body Conditioning

Worst Purchase:
Leslie's Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan.

My first Leslie dvd ever, and I have no idea why I bought it. Impulse buy from Walmart - that's what it was. I did Monday workout couple of weeks ago, and have no desire to touch this dvd ever again. Her constant squawking "walk, walk, walk" drove me crazy, and the workout itself did nothing for me. I have Chris Freytag's walking dvd, and this one I like.

I'm probably forgetting stuff but here's my list so far.

Best:
Jillian's Body Revolution
Tracy Anderson's Meta and Continuity DVDs
Ultimate Yogi
Mandala round yoga mat

I also bought Buti but haven't done it enough times to say it's a best buy yet.

Worst:
A cheap yoga mat that I bought for $10 at Ross. It started shedding. I bought it to cross over my other yoga mat. After it started shedding, I just bought the round yoga mat and I'm a lot happier.

I can't think of any dud DVDs right now since I have a sister that's a VFer. She lets me borrow DVDs and has saved me from buying DVDs that I know I won't like.

Ballet Beautiful really does seem like a fine workout, but it moves SO FAST I just can't keep up, so it's pretty much useless for me. The lightning fast transitions are most of the problem, really.

Jackie~I thought I was the only one meh on Cardio Lean and Cardio Melt. I previewed them and can't bring myself to even do them. Can't put my finger on why. The only good thing is that I got one from a friend and one in a trade so I wasn't out any money on them.

Worst~Helen, I did the same thing with a cheapie mat from Ross and had the same results that you did. The funny thing is my Danskin double thick mat from Walmart was only about $5 more and I've had it for years and it's great.

Best~my Jessica Smith 10 Pounds Down Better Body Blast and Cardio Abs.

Best:
Ilaria! How have I not found her before now? I've only done one workout but I'm in loooove. Of course, I ordered 4 more right away!
P90X: Like this quite a bit, although I've started to get substitution happy with the non lifting videos (yoga X? Shoot me).
Kathryn Budig: Aim True Yoga. I love her serenity and her encouraging smile and words.
Insanity: just so I can say I did it. I did it.

Bowflex body tower to get my pullups on. I don't trust the door mounted ones.

Meh
Brazil Butt Lift
Chalean Extreme
Essentrics flexibility workout for athletes--too damned long
Figure 30: butt

Stinkers

Rip:60. Monotonous. The endless jumping jack variations in the warm ups were annoying.
Brian Kest beginning power yoga just got pulled out of a box and tried again for the first time in several years. Horrible. He never shuts up.

Awaiting judgment:
P90X2
Cathe STS
Turbofire (I think I'll end up selling this one; it seems too frenetic and high impact and I'm finding Chalene annoying after CLX)
Bowflex select tech DBs. Overrated. Too long and the handles are too fat.
