Ok, here we go. This will be my second year in the exchange; yeah!

My dvd list is small. Since I am in yoga teacher training, I am doing all yoga and walking. However, I love yoga and will continue this rotation! I do mostly yoga downloads now, so my list is all Leslie, all the time.

In no particular order ...
Leslie's 5K with a Twist
Walk Off 10 Pounds
Walk and Firm with Intervals
Walk Away Your Hips and Thighs

I am an animal lover, have two furr-kittehs, and love anything animal or cat related.
Other items for "stocking stuffer" ideas are ...
any type of mixed nuts or trail mix
anything homemade! and I mean any little thingie
mini 2012 calendar
pale nail polish - pinks, peaches, blues, greens
recipes that you know and love!

And that's it! My giftee has already posted (yeah!) so now I can start shopping.
Happy Holidays!!

I'll go! I don't have many fitness wishes...I'm currently all about walking and Classical Stretch.

However, I love and can always use:

fuzzy socks (I wear a women's US size 8, if that matters)
chocolate or caramel (love sea salted versions of these candies!)
coffee or espresso flavored chocolate or candy
individual tea bags (I love loose leaf tea, but hate messing with the, uh, loose leaves floating around my cup)
unscented soap (I love oatmeal soap!)

My favorite colors are grey and shades of blue-grey.

A little info about me that you might find helpful:

Married
No children or pets
Love stretch / flexibility exercises
Had brief affairs with yoga and pilates, but it didn't work out
Same thing with Zumba (see yoga and pilates above)

That's all I can think of for now...Hope I am not being too difficult! This is my first year participating in the VF gift exchange. I like simple things.

ETA: I actually thought of something else my Secret Santa might want to know about me. It has been a life long goal of mine to learn the French language. I know a little from grade school (required in Louisiana). I have some dvds with a cute little cat titled "Bonjour Les Amis!" I would love any books, dvds, or cds in the French language (for practicing) or teaching the French language. I don't expect anything in particular from my Santa, but thought I would add this in case you needed more ideas...I know my list did not offer many ideas. Thank you for being my Santa! I am sure I will love anything you want to give!

Dear Santa,

My Dream wish list in No particular order. I don't mind used or what you can afford. I am not here to break anyone's budget.

Cathe Low Impact Step and Total Body Sculpting DVD, Step Tonic DVD, Lee Holden - any (my back tends to hurt and neck), Cathe STS Total Body, Buns of Steel 6 with Lynn Brick, Petra 3,2,1 Dance, Petra Bootcamp Boogie, Petra The Last Step, KCM New York, Petra Step Moves New Grooves, Petra Pk Step, Andrea Orbeck Supermodel Series Butt and Thighs, Hemalayaa, Center Floor Strength and Length Kari Anderson. Oh, I need rebounding workouts too. I have the basic and intermediate urban rebounder workout, but am getting bored. I would enjoy trying Tia Little's River Yoga, or Deb Dobbin's Spirit of Vinyasa Flow, or Bryan Kest. I haven't done them yet.

I am open to ideas too, so you don't have to rely on the list.

About me. I have MS so staying active is important. Workout wise, I have been doing leslie, T-tapp, pilates, and other workouts. Over the last year I have slowly made progress with my cardio, so I am looking for the next level. Yesterday I got in 4.5 miles walking and jogging for the first time !!!

Beginner and intermediate workouts are great. I can modify Cathe workouts to fit my needs. I plan on doing her beginner rotation in Jan. 2012 !!!

Fragrant candles, bath soaks or lotions that smell like vanilla, coconut are great. Favorite colors most. Purple, pink, greens, blue. A Warm, soft, fuzzy lap blanket to snuggle up in. Of course I like sparkly things too.

Thank you dearest Santa.

I have been very good working out about 6 days a week and I am working on my eating habits.

Love,

Rosepetals
