Mandie, I consider myself high intermediate (depending on what standards you use), and I still really enjoy Yoga for Stress Relief. Others might disagree--I know that some people have found this DVD to be too slow--but I tend not to be into vinyasa-type practices for the most part, and so I just love the deeper deliciousness of this DVD.

Rodney Yee's Yoga for your Week is excellent. A bunch of short practices, each with a different focus.
