I use it for Pilates Super Sculpt, Barre3 and Physique57. I have yet to try a barre workout that uses it behind the knee, but it has a sort-of grippy surface. Do you wear long pants? Have you tried wearing shorts? |

Given that, when my partner recently asked "how was your workout", the first thing I said was "my #$%*#%$ blue ball wouldn't stay behind my leg!", I know exactly what you mean....

I gave up on the ball behind my knee almost right away. I don't use the ball for those exercises any more and just try to keep my leg bent in as much as possible. I think I get the same effect.
