Classic FIRM roations?

Hi all. Lately I am on a Firm kick, trying to accumulate Firms classics. I got about 10 classics dvds and few pinks. Most of the classics use weights. Can these be used everyday, since the weights are light? There used to be a link to 90 day firm rotation, but the one I have does not work. Anyone has a link to 90 day rotation? TIA

For some reason I can't find it on the web right now. I'm sure others can, but I'd be happy to email you my copy if you PM me. (Might be at lunch time, though.)

That rotation always feels too advanced for me and uses weights more often than I like, though. I prefer to alternate with cardio so am doing my own classic Vol 1-4 rotation, as follows:
Sun - AM: Firm vol 3
Mon - AM: cardio / PM: Masala Bhangra class
Tue - AM: Firm vol 1 (just did this - ouch! ) / PM: Zumba Toning class
Wed - AM: cardio
Thu - AM: Firm vol 2
Fri - AM: cardio / PM: Firm vol 4
Sat - AM: Zumba class, cardio or rest

This is the one I have bookmarked

http://plcm.abitofperil.net/FBUltimateCompendium.pdf

it's a bit overkill, but whoever did it was totally OCD. She breaks down all the videos, does workout logs, a ton of rotations, and just overall dissects the videos until there's nothing left but to do them. Most of the stuff is written by Firm instructors.
The rotations are all close to the end. Pick what you want to do... have fun!!!

Lucky, I'm also doing a Firm Classic rotation. I started last week. I'm using mostly Vol. 1 & 2 because of the lack of step (small workout area). I'm alternating Classic one day with cardio the next.

Mmom, you could alternate between an AWT Firm (or strength-focus Firm) and a cardio-focused Firm (such as Fat Blaster, Super Cardio, Max. Cardio, etc.). I've done that before and had good results. I have so many other DVDs that I need to try, that I'm alternating those with the Firm right now.

I have it in a pdf form if you would like me to e-mail it to you. I think the link has been disabled.

LOL Lissa, you can see I only use Vols 1 and 2 on weekday mornings b/c of the minimal equipment and no-muss no-fuss feel.
I save Vol 3 for Sundays and Vol 4 for Friday evenings.

Yeah, that does look good! I am on a Firm kick at the moment, so thanks for posting that. What does everyone think of Vol 5 with LaReine Chabut? It's the one Classic I don't have.
