Sherry her LITE and ICE series are "lower" impact. Something about Cathe that I think is important to clarify...her designation of low impact is not "no impact." I think sometimes when people see a title using the term low that they read no impact.

You should watch her clips of these series ( or any title she calls low impact) to see what I mean. I know people have different limitations and/or thresholds of what they are willing to modify.

Since you do lots of Jessica, I bet you know many ways to lower/eliminate the impact as instructed.

Don't forget her Low Impact Series -- though I'd hesitate to call that series Intermediate.

Thanks, Linda.

Bubbles, I’d definitely need to stick to intermediate! But thanks for the suggestion.

I like:

ICE set
LITE set
Push Pull
Legs and Glutes
Great Glutes
Pyramid Upper/Lower Body
Low Impact Circuit

I also like High Step Circuit and the Basic Step/Body Fusion combination DVD.

I have gone back and forth with picking up a few from the Strong and Sweaty series but with the DVDs I already have plus my favorite YT channels, I really don't any more DVDs.

I also love the pure strength series and need to replace my VHS with a dvd. I love all the lifting workouts. I don't do step at all if I can avoid it. Some of the athletic type step I do but just on the floor. I've become a master at modifying higher intensity moves so I can do them. I really don't like circuit or metabolic style workouts but do them when in a series or rotation. However, I do really like the original
intensity Bootcamp. Go figure. Oh, I also like her kick/boxing stuff, although I know most people don't. I don't have lite or s&s, but they're on my wishlist.

I mostly use Cathe's DVDs for upper body strength hence the faves below (which are standalone focused on that or have good premixes):
Pyramid Upper & Lower Body
Muscle Max
Maximum Intensity Strength (the first in my collection!)
Strong Body Stacked Sets: Upper
STS Total Body

I have lots of others too -- ICE Chiseled Upper Body for lighter days, Ramped Upper Body when I feel brave, Power Hour for the high reps days, Pure Strength when I have the time to spare
