NEW Body Groove HIIT 2 - Page 2

I have no Boody Groove at all and I do like HIIT workouts even when it more lower HIIT. Is this set then worth it for 10 workouts. Does anyone have the workouts or done them on streaming and like them. Please let me know if you like them. Just know I do not like to get streaming.

The set with the 10 workouts may be worth it. The set with the 10 workouts are the first HIIT set with the second HIIT set. The first HIIT set has four, 35-40 minute workouts. I bought that set (with amazon credits) when it was $34. Had I known they would combine sets, I would have waited. I have not tried the first HIIT set yet.

Looks like HIIT 2 has two titles that look like separate workouts... a core workout and a House party 2 DVD.
Don't see a separate listing for either of those yet so I wonder if getting with the HIIT 2 set is the only way to get these?

Good point about the separate workouts. Are they teasers, samples for a larger set to come, or real bonus dvds? Maybe if I knew how long the House Party 2 dvd and Core workouts were I could be convinced to get the Hiit set. The music is very good..

I ordered because the party dvds has three workouts as well. So there are 12 workouts in total with this set. It will take some time till the dvds will reach me. I will tell how long the workouts are on the bonus dvds when I get them. I could not resist the price especially because I have no body groove workout dvds at all.

I don't have any Body Groove DVDs and these look like fun. Does anyone know approximately how much is the shipping? Also, does she ship via USPS? I'm leery of USPS shipping nowadays. Amazon only has the original Body Groove. Thanks!

Thanks Sherry! I'm tempted to get these but getting anything via USPS nowadays is asking for trouble because of delays and chaos.

It shipped from CA on the 6th and I received it today in the Midwest.
There are 8 workouts on 6 DVDs!
Looks like all are around 30 mins w/ 7 songs each.
3 are House Party 2!
1 Core.
