I keep a wish list of Cathe workouts, and check them daily for appearing on the 'daily deals'. Placed an order but hadn't realised that 2 of them were in the previous order, as hadn't removed them from the wishlist.
Immediately went to change the order, and got:
NOTE: This order has already shipped or has reached the final stages of processing. Therefore this order is no longer editable.
This means that orders can NEVER be edited, or cancelled.
Not happy. Emailed to request that the entire order be cancelled.
Anyone else had this problem?
Was it resolved to your satisfaction?
