I like the flexibility of just picking what I feel like doing on a particular day. I do one or more cardio workout every day and I do a strength workout every other day. I also make sure I get at least 11,000 steps every day.

For November, I'm planning on continuing what I'm currently doing.

M/W/F:
1 RehabZone workout + 1 mile with my girls (Leslie or Reps to the Rhythm or outside)

Tu/Th/Sa:
strength (I've been piecing together assorted YouTube videos)

I'm also struggling with PF, so stretching will be included. I also just bought a vibrating plate machine and I'll add that after my workouts.

I haven't used my cheapie rower in a long time but I saw Dark Horse Rowing is doing a Rowvember challenge to row every day. I love Shane so am thinking of doing this, yoga and Perfect 30. Running is off the table right now as I deal with a glute issue I'll be rehabbing. I got really depressed when i stepped on the scales this morning and saw my highest weight ever. I have not been consistent with workouts at all and my eating needs an overhaul.

My plan for November is to try to get my energy, enthusiasm and positivity back which will undoubtedly translate into consistency into my workouts. The type of workout I actually do, does not really matter. Anything I enjoy doing that will make me move.

I don't have an official rotation, but for November and December, I plan on doing whatever's in a set or box. I have so many that are collecting dust and I have one more on the way ( ) , so it's time to put them to use. I'm not sure if I'll do just one set + Leslie each week or mix sets.

top choices:
- BJ MetaShred
- Katami 4x4
- Cathe XTrain
- Ingrid Edge Booty Extreme

maybe:
- Fe Fit
- Firm Zip Trainer
- KettleWorx
- XTF Personal Trainer

easy week:
Jessica Walk Strong

There are more, but I'll have to take a look and come back to edit.

I just received Cathe's Perfect 30 set, and I've started a modified Perfect 30/LITE rotation. I will add more rest days and such, so that will carry me well into November.
