I did this one recently and have it marked in my spreadsheet that I really enjoyed it.

Of the Jessica Walk On's that I've tried so far I enjoy these the most:

From the 21 day 2-disc set:
30min Cardio Core Walk
30min Low Impact HIIT
30min Stride, Stretch & Relax (The 15min stride part is kind of an arm burner with all the "nice swan" arms; not really crazy about the ice statue melting in the sun visualization at the end of the relax section though...my mind always wanders even though I timed it once and it's less than 2min long I think.)

From the 30 day 3-disc set:
3 Weight Loss Walks: 30min Fat Blaster & 40min Mega Burn

From 15min Fast Fat Blasts:
15min Belly Blaster & 15min Power Pickup

I have yet to try so many Jessica's though, including the 4-mile Power Walk dvd. (Think I'm going to try that one soon since it seems to be popular.)

I love that stretch as well. It's a lot like this YouTube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DZ7h...cV4hy3&index=4

Clips from the DVD are here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=twrehGvsVH4.

I really like this yoga DVD from Jessica - 4 20 minute practices, just the perfect length to add on: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-j8U93yVZx8

I forgot that I like her dance walks on dvds and you tube. I have two left feet, and she has easy to follow moves. I also find they get my heart rate up.

Regarding yoga, I like Jessica's yoga better than other yoga I've tried from you tube. Which I guess means I don't like traditional yoga. My favorite is the 17 Minute Total Body Stretch from the Yoga Fusion Fix dvd. I also like the two workouts on the Gentle Yoga Stretch dvd.

Oh, yes, Carol. I meant to mention the Balance & Mobility DVD, but forgot. That is my second favorite yoga DVD by Jessica.

I like her 360 abs from WS1. So good!

And I’m currently really loving her 6 mile mix. The combo of fifteen minutes workout time, great band work and awesome combo of walking cardio and resistance. Love it!

That's the one I was going to recommend. I have a LOT of yoga so don't do Jessica's yoga a lot, but that Gentle Yoga DVD (clip/ad linked above) is nice for the length of the segments and their different focuses. Very good for after a workout.

Jessica has been my go to in order to get my steps in lately.

I like the 4 miles power walk, the 40 minute steady state walk. I prefer her walking workouts the most. I also prefer Beth in the workouts rather than Roquelle. Not sure why but I almost cannot put in a workout with Roquelle.

I also like her youtube. Sorry cannot just pick a couple.

I am not a fan of her yoga or strength workouts.

Rhonda, I am just the opposite. I prefer Raquel to Beth. I don’t dislike Beth, but I feel like Raquel has a lot of energy and seems light on her feet. And I’ve noticed on a couple workouts with Beth, she doesn’t do the more energetic/higher impact version of a move right away even if Jessica says that’s what she’s doing.
