A Valentine to my fellow vidiot thrifter ♡♡

I know when you have visited our thrift stores
before me

For you painstakingly organize the fitness videos
Sometimes you have time to do the VHS

Thank you for leaving me some treasures
Maybe you have noticed I do the same for you?

I know it's not the employees and it is just a burden you and I share

My husband says one day we HAVE to run into each other

He sends his thanks, too, because then he doesn't have to wait for me as long.

but until we do,
much LOVE and many thanks,
You are appreciated

and LOTS of fitness wishes to you today and every day!!

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY TO YOU!!

ditto to the one(s) in my city.

I always have this mental conversation in my head when I see fitness videos or that rare music CD - "how did you get here? did someone reach their fitness goal and want to share you with someone else? was there a major declutter and you were discarded?"

I always reorganize the fitness DVDs in the same section when I visit the thrift store. What kills me is somehow when I return to the store, many of them are still there yet they are scattered all over the place again. How does this happen?!?

Kim
P.s. very cute post, Linda.

Jeannine that's hilarious! I can see that

Kim thanks
So there's someone purposely disorganizing them? Boy I'm glad that doesn't happen where I am. I might have written a different post, hehe

I your post Linda, even if it wasn't written to me since I live so far away. I do tend to organize them when I'm in the mood because it's nice to find them all at once. I was not in the mood yesterday, so I only put two together, and left the rest for others to sort through.

Kim, maybe it's a vidiot with too many virgins, so she carries it around with her while shopping but then changes her mind and puts it back in the wrong place on purpose so that she won't be any more tempted to save it when she sees the dvd with other homeless dvds. (that was a long sentence!) Or someone's being a jerk and is messing with those of us who like things in order.

Jeannine, I know what you mean. Yesterday I saw several SF Giants items (games, puzzles, bobbleheads) and wondered if the owner died. Why else would he/she give them up? How morbid! lol Maybe the person didn't use them anymore and wanted to share.
