Just bought a rebounder from Costco and loving Bellicon’s be360 streaming. The site is bright, user-friendly, and includes so many types of rotations depending on your level and goals. The best part is when you finish a workout they email you a congratulatory email and let you know the equivalent of flights of stairs/buildings you’ve cumulatively jumped.

My favorite rebounder DVDs are not the regular rebounder ones. I have most of the “official ones”, but seldom use them.
I use my rebounder several times a week for high impact cardio DVDs. Lately that has been Shaun T’s Insanity and the HIIT portion of James. Crossley’s Get Fit at 40+.

My easiest favorites have been the WellShapedTV purbounce.
They are in German so muting and playing my own music works great Simple to follow and easy to intensify upwards if in the mood. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zSwo...0YHMOEdFE1v4Y3 Tougher have been Jill Cooper and ShirlinaFit. all of these and more are on my youtube bouncing playlist: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ppkB...peBZwTuNYdX0ri Barb S
