Iris, I gave credit to the Couch to 5K program upthread for making the biggest difference in my fitness level, but I have to say, Body Pump is the ONLY THING that ever made my massage therapist say " oh my gosh WHAT have you been doing?"

Not Cathe. Not NROL4W. Not the Firm. Not Action Hero Babe.

Body Pump.

8 weeks of Body Pump and she was AMAZED at my muscle. I've done a lot of different rotations since I've been seeing her because it's been, gosh, 3 1/2 years. She's seen me through a lot of changes, but Body Pump is the only one where she touched me and made an exclamation like that.

The one thing that has given me the best results, honestly, is consistency/exercising regularly. Another great thing that I found was walking. On those days before AF or just when I am too tired to do much, walking is always something I can do and once I start stepping I usually end up doing more. It has helped keep me consistent.
