Let's talk FIRM Tough Cardio Mix

So, one of the possibilities with all this "tape" being converted is that we all might get footage that didn't end up on the final retail vhs copies, due to the tapes detoriating rapidly. Anybody notice a difference between what was on the VHS version and the remastered version? Is it exactly the same?

This is a thread at Fit Favs that discusses the possibility. Honestly, I think the lady who questioned the footage was wanting Tough Aerobic Mix, not Tough Cardio Mix. Easy to mix up the names.

Either way, I'm excited to have this one back in my collection... in fact my package is out for delivery today.. so I'll be viewing it as soon as this afternoon. YES!!!

Tina, I think you're right about this person expecting Tough Aerobic Mix. But she also stated that two of the instructors were not in the original, so maybe she is thinking of Fat Blaster?? Even though the titles are completely different, it could be an easy mistake with Allie on the cover of both workouts.

I posted on that thread that I have one of the first VHS copies of Tough Cardio Mix (in the plain white box!) and it is exactly the same as what is on the DVD.

I also thought that Tough Cardio Mix was the same as Tough aerobic Mix- now I have to try and find TCM and see what that workout is!
The names are so confusing!

I just went to the review section- I don't believe I bever had this? How could that be? Now I am really excited about getting this one-I think it must be in the huge preorder that is being held pending the arrival of one of the dvds. I wish Annette had sent out the orders and just then sent out that last one that is still out at the duplicator. eager to get my order!

I think one of the best notifications you can get is "out for delivery" by the USPS!! So excited for this afternoon. Tho, I did already workout to Fast Cheetah with Kimberly and Heidi. Love it!!

TAM is not the same as TCM.

TAM is based on Volumes 1, 2, 3, 4; & TCM is based on the Tri-Trainers & Firm Cardio, Firm Strength, but primarily FB from the Tri-Trainers.

both of them exclude abs toning, IIRC, however correct me if i am wrong.

toward the end of the F90DR, if TAM or TCM was assigned, they also added an abs routine from either 5DA or M5DA.

I got my TCM and CSM today...I assume the Time Crunches will arrive later because one of them is still delayed...
