I did T-Tapp exclusively (plus added cardio) for a year. I burned out on it. When I do it now I mute the volume and listen to talk radio or turn on music.

If you can't get in to V-Core, then get rid of it. Life's too short.

(Do bear in mind that we tend to take good balance for granted in our younger years. As one ages, balance becomes extremely important.)
