TGIF!! Good morning! Yesterday I did my PT, inverted, and finished MR's Beauty to the Bone with workout 2-B. It was mostly barre using a chair for balance. She sits in the chair for abs and cooldown stretch which is so awkward and not back friendly so I subbed stability ball crunches and my own typical lower body stretches.

Yum, Cyana. Good for you on making omelettes when life hands you lemons. I bet your local mushrooms are so high in antioxidants and nutrients.

Pam - tweeze those buttocks! (Winsor) Let us know how you make out.

I am sorry for not checking in. I've been doing bits of cardio and yoga and strength training but forgetting to post.

~Cardio: 20 min maxi Glider & 20 min rebounding
~Practiced Essentrics sequences
~ePilates: Barre Glutes & Legs (day 3)
~MFML: The Stoop Antidote - Love the concept but a bit wrist-y and and back bendy for me

Cyana - Your Friday’s funny cracked me up! The spectators looked very entertained & perhaps the boar just wanted to get connected....

Pat - More tweezing today!

Good morning! Yesterday featured:

~ 50 box climbs
~ PT
~ 30 hip band butt bridges
~ short walk at the beach

It was so nice to be able to visit the beach. We're getting a brief break before hopefully the last heat wave rolls in.

Sherry, visit when you can!

Cyana - OMG The faces on the onlookers! I wonder if the boar ran off with the laptop to order some shorts for that man.

Pam - keep on tweezing!

Planning a visit to the gym later.

Today’s offerings:
~5 km trail walk
~20 min Rebounding
~3 sets of 100 kb swings & moves - went a bit heavier
~ePilates: day 4, glute & inner thigh mat workout

Pat - My walks almost always take me by the shore, it’s soothing to the soul. Nice workouts, you’re on a roll, enjoy your gym time! Meanwhile... I continue to tweeze.

Happy Moan Day. Ugh, I really am moaning. Another heat wave. Saturday was just a thrilling weekend day doing housework and grocery shopping and Sunday I just moped around and ran some errands. I need to get back on the PT wagon.

Pam - I think I'll do a Winsor workout and tweeze along today !!! Ha ha ha.

I had a productive day, spent most of the afternoon sequestered in my little studio...
~Cardio: 15 min maxi glider + 15 min rebounding - watching anatomy videos
~neighbourhood walk
~KB swings & moves, 3 sets - watching yet another anatomy video....
~Essentrics: Mini stretch on the CS FB page + trademark practice
~ePilates: day 6 - barre legs & glutes - the tweezing continues....
~15 min full body yoga stretch on the yoga wheel (YT) - just for something different....

Good morning! Yesterday was about the back - Winsor original 20 Minute Workout and my own restorative yoga working up and down my spine with a rectangular bolster.

Pam - John Friend was famous for blossoming buttocks but I'm pretty sure Giliian says it in one of the YBBs too. How is your butt feeling? LOL.
