That's one of my favorite workouts as well. And, with the premixes, it seems like there is an endless variety of workouts with a twist.

And you can do premixes that leave out the cardio altogether (if memory serves)!

There is a post from a while back listing the weights chapters... you can use those chapter numbers to program the workout on your DVD player to change the order of the weight work. I think it’s called reprogramming or resequencing Cardio Pump or some such title.
