Alright Donna! Tell me how you like it!!
Lorna: I just bought the Trigger Point book too. Maybe we'll move this book on the Amazon chart of best sellers! They'll all be scratching their heads! Thanks again for the link, Kimberly! |

Just ordered the Basic Kit from the yamuna.com site. Comes with the larger yellow ball, pump thingie and the Total Body Workout (57 min). I'm the tightest person on the planet, so I'm looking forward to this.
And, while I had my credit card out, I went to Collage.com and ..........

The red ball that came with my kit is 9" (This kit is only available at Allaboutmassagers.com) The beginner kit has a 10" ball. This ball is different than a regular ball - it has kind of a hard shell but with some give to it when you sit or lie on it.
I'm sure that you could substitute a regular ball (like Shiva Rea's tennis ball massage) but I am a stickler for accuracy and will only use the special Yamuna balls! |
