fractured foot

Hi, I worked out every day until this. Now I know I can do upper body and abs and floor work for legs. What do I do to keep my heart rate up to burn the calories. The boot I am suppose to wear hurts my leg so I am wearing a brace. The actual diagnosis is os peroneum if anyone has any info on how it turns out when it heals and how long it will take. Thanks

I am sorry to hear about your foot.
Kickboxing videos that offer arm combos can still be done seated.
My other thought was to Google wheelchair aerobics seataerobics on YouTube. Some of them have music that stinks but you could mute and add your own since they use the same bpm as other aerobic videos.

I wish I could give you some more advice. Healing after foot surgery myself I just did what I could and rested to hope it would heal more quickly.

Sending you some quick healing vibes right now!

When I broke my foot, I did do boxing workouts while seated to get my heartrate up.

Hope you heal well! I broke mine in 2013 and it's 100% fine now.

Caroline Jordan has a bunch for hurt feet - barre, chair cardio. And if you search hurt foot yoga a bunch of other offerings will come up - haven't done any of these yet.

Ditto the Caroline Jordan recommendation. I used her a lot when I broke my ankle. Jessica Smith also has some chair cardio workouts on YouTube that I used.
