I didn't workout Wednesday then I lost power until late Saturday afternoon. I did do a Infrared 90 minute circuit workout on Saturday. I had to throw out all my food today and grocery shop for everything. But thankful that I had a place to stay and losing power makes one thankful for the everyday blessings I don't think about and take for granted.
