What are you getting from Mary's Halloween free DVD list?
I check the deal of the day, almost every day, on totalfitnessdvds. I don't buy frequently, but I get ideas of what to do. Today there's a list and a code. Pick one off the list & pay only postage. I got Sylwia's Femme Fatale, which I'm sort of interested in, but never wanted to pay its price.

I forgot all about this! I checked and already have almost all of them. If I get anything it would be Femme Fatale but I most likely won't.

I absolutely love the Trudy Styler DVD Cardio Dance Flow.
This is my go to active rest day/bad weather and can't get out day/not feeling wonderful workout. |

I would also recommend the Trudie Styler Dance video. It is relaxing. And, I am certainly not very good at dance, but I enjoy this one.
