BAM. This.

Also plank holds, which will also target your core.

And OMG, that dress is stunning!!!!!!!

Congrats, Joanna! That is a lovely dress.

My all-time favorite upper body workout is FIRM: Upper Body. They do a lot of lat rows, so sometimes I sub biceps curls instead. I skip the goofy warmup and do my own.

That dress is gorgeous! And congrats on getting a deal with the floor model.

I think anything you did for three months would help. I would suggest just picking something that sounds fun and go with it. I'll bet you have so much more to worry about wedding related, that you don't want to add to stress. In fact that would be my suggestion: For the next three months, do daily meditation. You will be grateful you put the time into decreasing your stress and learning to manage it when the wedding day approaches.

If you really want, maybe some plank-focused yoga...

You are going to look AMAZING in that dress!!! :-)

I don't use Jari Love anymore, but her workouts killed my arms.

Gorgeous dress Joanna - you are going to look stunning!

You have gotten some great suggestions. I agree with those who recommended push-ups. Jari Love has a lot of push-ups in her workouts, and she also works my triceps like no one else!

Congratulations!

That dress is simply gorgeous, and I'm sure you will look beautiful in it!

Do you have access to a swimming pool? Swimming is a great workout for both arms and legs!

When I can get to a pool, I do my own water aerobics, including arm exercises. One exercise is to open my arms wide, thumbs pointed up, then (keeping arms wide open) bring them together and "clap" them in front of my chest. Another is to hold my arms at my sides, palms facing back and fingertips toward the floor, then (keeping arms straight) pump/push back like I'm fluffing out my Superwoman cape.
