Has Anyone Done Yogalosophy Routinely?

Hi, I'm still going thru my DVD collection. I've never done this DVD, Yogalosophy, with Mandy Ingber, Jennifer Anniston's yoga teacher. However, it's really unique. I've never seen another workout quite like it. I was just wondering if anyone's done it repeatedly? and if so, have you seen good results?

It looks like it may be effective.....but tough, yes?

She does lunges in Warrior Pose, Leg Lifts in Down Dog, Leg lifts on hands and knees (i think). Of course, the back of the DVD....states it will get you into the best shape of your life!!

It has 2, 30 min routines on it. I can't even see doing this for an hour straight!

Reviving because I would like to know as well. I am looking to build strength with yoga workouts but I don't want to spend more than 30 minutes a day doing it. This seems like it would be right up my alley.

I have used the 30 min workout several times. I really like it, and I will keep it for future use. I think this is a solid yoga/body weight style workout. I like Mandy as an instructor too. I could certainly see using this as your strength training workout a few times per week.

I was thinking that the second workout was an hour long? Not sure, I need to look at it again.

I enjoy Mandy Ingber's on-screen personality, but I've never been able to use Yogalosophy regularly because my knees aren't up to it.
